
Overview
My experience with chase involved sunsetting a legacy product and curating new flows for an automated tool aimed to make front office advisor and brokers workflow more streamlined. We curated journey maps and participated in refinement with developers. After validating designs with primary stakeholders we contributed multiple enhancements for internal software tools improving the chase organization production. As for scope, our products were used to manage high level clientele that required sufficient methods to migrate, link, and invest monies as little as $50 million (NDA).
Reflection
Working with Chase led to stronger sense in UX designing for my career. Exercising my ability to story tell, I learned the importance of scaling back complex issues and leveraging journey maps to simplify user flows and create an effective foundation to designs that were adopted by devs and the chase design system.
